Tindle Music Company has been a family owned and operated business since 1984.
Our mission is to create meaningful music that encourages all who listen, while it
enriches the lives of those who play it. Our primary goal is to become a trusted and
valuable resource of quality recordings and printed materials, that bring glory to God
alone through the art of music.

TMC - Personnel Profile

Since our organization has expanded significantly over the last several years,
we thought it might be helpful to put some faces with the names by personally introducing
each one of our wonderful staff. Below, we'll tell you just a little about their corporate
functions, as well as some of their personal interests and hobbies.

Corporate Executives

Mark Tindle
- President, Boss, Head Honcho, Big Cheese, etc.
Perhaps you've already met our founder and principle owner. If not, you can find more
useless information on the About Mark page. We will just add here
that Mark treats our entire staff just like family, likes to play volleyball, and loves
reading and Bible study when things get quiet late in the evening after business hours.

Melissa Tindle
- V.P. & Personnel Manager
Melissa keeps our corporate headquarters and our entire staff running in tip, top shape.
She also serves as our personnel trainer and corporate responsibilites director. She loves to
spend time at home with her family, which she seems to do quite a lot. She also likes to read
and works hard to continually enhance her training skills.

James Tindle
- Research & Development Director
16 years
James is our R&D Director and expert puppeteer. Being in this mid-management position,
he is sometimes accused of employee "manipulation", but it seems these funny looking guys
really don't seem to mind! James also assists the Public Relations Department,
perhaps due to the fact that he just loves to be around people.

John Tindle
- Computer Specialist
14 years
John is our resident computer expert. He's usually the first one to "master" the newest
computer game and loves to watch others do the same. Although we haven't yet had the courage
to completely turn him loose on all the equipment, we know it won't be long before he's showing
the corporate exec's how to use their PC's.

Andrew Tindle
- Physical Education Director
11 years
Andrew (the one on the left) is our Director of Physical Education. He has recently begun an
intense physical training program with colorful, animated weights. His competative spirit
often finds him in a contest with mid-management to see who can hold their arms up longer.

Benjamin Tindle
- Head of Security

Benjamin still heads up our uniformed division of security (watching out for "bad guys"),
but has recently managed to find a uniformed hobby. He really doesn't play in the NFL,
but with 3 big brothers to keep up with, he's better off wearing his "hemut" and "sho-da-mer" pads!

Mary Tindle
- Public Relations Director

Mary is our Director of Public Relations. Her primary responsibilites include keeping
our entire organization in a favorable public opinion, and directing the PR Assistant, Hannah.
Her dynamic personality and radiant smile greet all those who visit, and keep us smiling too -
even if she's "playing" banjo! (hey, who needs frets anyway, right?)

Hannah Tindle
- Public Relations Assistant

Hannah does a wonderful job of assisting Mary in our Public Relations department.
While visiting some good friends recently we discovered she may really be a country girl at heart.
